🚚 Relave™ Shipping Policy

At Relave.online, we are committed to delivering relaxation to your door. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

2. Processing & Handling Time (Transparency Requirement)

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.

You will receive a separate notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Processing)

Delivery times vary based on the item category:

Item Category Delivery Time (Standard Ground) Notes
Small/Standard Products (Foot Massagers, Yoga Mats, Patches, etc.) 3–7 business days Via standard ground service (e.g., USPS, FedEx Ground).
Large Freight Items (Massage Chairs, Large Equipment) 4–6 weeks This extended time is due to custom packaging, freight scheduling, and specialized white-glove delivery services. You will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule delivery.

Note on Delivery: While we strive to meet these estimates, Relave™ is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, peak season volume, or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email (Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it within 72 hours of placing your order). Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

5. Exclusions and Restrictions (Clear Limitations)

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
